Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or unsatisfactory within 14 days after delivery. Just let us know and we will send you the return address, and after receiving the package, we will give you a refund or replacement, depending on your wishes. In case you want to return the product for a reason that does not include a damaged product, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We also refund or replace all orders damaged or lost at the hands of a shipping carrier. If the product does not arrive within 60 days of placing an order we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, as you prefer.
While placing an order, you are able to purchase a product warranty. This warrants that the product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for 6 months from date of purchase. We will replace or refund any product that fails to conform to this warranty.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Product's condition is affected by abuse, neglect, alteration, accident or improper use or maintenance.
